The poultry house is available in two different roofing options: sandwich panel and single steel sheet. Both options provide excellent insulation and fireproofing capabilities, ensuring that your poultry are kept safe and healthy all year round.
Three types of chicken house design:
A: Open side-- It can save the cost of the shed, but it can not control the temperature very well.
B: Half-open side--you can open the curtain when the climate is good. You can close the curtain when the climate is not good.
But this type of chicken house can not be used in cold areas.
C: Enclosed poultry farm design--This design can control the temperature well and reduce the harm of climate change to
chickens. But the cost is higher.
The structure of a customized poultry farm is flexible because different customers need different styles. We help the customer design the structure to meet their individual requirements.
High humidity and more ammonia can easily lead to some of the facility's corrosion. So we use galvanized H beam for columns and beams. We also use galvanized C beam for purlin. Depending on the climate in different regions, you can choose a veneer or insulation composite panel. The plates have a variety of options and colors. The board of tiles can have a wide selection. Sandwich panels have EPS, glass fiber, and rock wool. The panel can be heat insulation and prevent rust and corrosion. If you don't want to use the panel, you can use the wire mesh for the wall. In hot or cold areas, we recommend using composite panels, thermal insulation, and heat insulation. Of course, the veneer price will be lower.
Generally, if the poultry farm is free-range farming, the height is 2.5m-3.5m. If it is cage farming, the height should be determined according to the number of cage layers.
