Our Production Process after Drawing confirmed and detailed:
Raw Materials Preparation
various steel plates preparation, different profiles, like H sectional steel, angle steel, round tube, round steel and square tube etc., all accessories
Cutting, Drilling holes and Bending
By production drawings, right size, holes and shape are processing.
Assembly and Welding
Our welders will follow the drawings to assemble all steel members by welding them together as a entire beam/column/brace and so on;
Our quality inspector will check the steel pieces after finish welding. This process will go through the 1st quality check.
Sand blasting
After welding and polishing process finishing, rust remove by sand blasting will start. Our sand blasting effect can reach Sa2.5 Grade. This process will go through 2nd quality check.
Paint
Within 2 hours after sand blasting, all the steel members should be painted. Labors will paint as required color and thickness. This process will go through 3rd quality check.
Inspecting by clients
After we finish a part of fabrication work, we will invite clients to inspect the goods before we pack the steel components. If not available to inspect, we could send video for reference.
Steel pallet for shipping loading
Steel pallet will process for shipping loading process. Steel pallet will protect steel components surface coating and save loading space. Even unloading process cost will be also save by the best.
